We are looking for a proactive:

Sales Support Specialist

Region: South Limburg (Holland)
Hours: 0,8 FTE (five days)

What is the main purpose of the job:
As Sales Support Specialist, you have an important role in the process of selling and distributing our products.

Key areas of responsibility?

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting customer needs in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Processing orders in a timely manner in accordance to the distributor agreement.
  • Support customers identifying, collecting and sharing necessary documentation for tenders and quotations.
  • Following up with customers for administrative purposes, and providing troubleshooting assistance.
  • Track, follow-up and resolve customer’s outstanding issues in a timely fashion.
  • Analyze and report customer complaints and inform the customers about the appropriate corrective actions.
  • Conduct an annual survey to assess the performance of the customer service level.
  • Organize and maintain an accessible customer filing system.
  • Organizing and prepare customer meetings and conferences.
  • Handling administrative duties for the Sales Managers.
  • Support the Sales Managers with scheduling and organizing customer visits.
  • Process the customer performance data and liaising with the Sales Managers to develop sales strategies.
  • Provide Sales Managers with relevant customer information to improve customer service and productivity.
  • Prepare the agenda for the monthly sales meeting, and communicate the action list to the Sales Managers.
  • Support the Sales Managers in reporting sales figures, customer/market development to the Board.
  • Coordinate the activities regarding marketing events, promotions & activities connected to customers.
  • Active role in the process to assess and connect to potential distributors.

Other tasks & Activities

  • Backup activities related to customer support for other entities;
  • Willingness to travel (if necessary)

Required skills and experience

  • Key values: Sustainable, Makers, Impact, Leadership and Energy;
  • Bachelor’s or master degree;
  • A good spoken and written proficiency in English is required (level B2);
  • Excellent business writing skills and good business sense;
